I’m excited to share that The Digital Caregiving Planning Manual is officially out. Why I Wrote It
Caregiving rarely arrives with a manual. One day you’re a daughter, a son, a spouse, a sibling — and the next, you’re also a medication tracker, an appointment scheduler, a legal document hunter, and the person everyone calls when something changes. Nobody hands you a system for that. You build one on the fly, usually while exhausted, and usually while trying to hold down a job, a family, or both.
I wrote this manual because I lived that scramble, and I didn’t want other caregivers to have to reinvent it from scratch. It’s the resource I wish someone had put in my hands on day one.
